Pastors Jude & Becky Fouquier are the senior pastors of City Church California. Together with a team of people, they founded City Church California in Ventura in 2010. Pastor Jude holds a degree in business from Oral Roberts University. Pastors Jude & Becky have been in ministry for over 25 years and have a passion to build a life-giving local church that influences individuals and the world.
